We take personal information about you when you enter a request, sign up to our information sheet or register your interest as a potential volunteer. The data we gather consist of your name, address, e-mail as well as phone numbers. This personal information is not distributed, shared, rented or given to companies or organizations that are not part of the No Hungry Child.

Donation Refund Policy

No Hungry Child is instituting a donation refund policy to ensure fair and transparent processing of requests for refund of donations as digital payments are becoming more frequent. No Hungry Child expects that all donors will exercise due care and diligence while making donations. No Hungry Child also recognizes that a donation may be made erroneously or donors may change their mind.

No Hungry Child will examine each request for refund of donation and endeavor to make the refund. No Hungry Child may also seek further information / documents and donor must co-operate in this regard.

However, No Hungry Child is not obliged to make refunds and may, in its discretion, decline any requests for refund of donations, particularly if a tax exemption certificate has been issued.

• If you would like your donation to No Hungry Child to be refunded,
• You must request No Hungry Child in writing or by email for a refund and Your request must reach No Hungry Child within working 15 (fifteen) days from the date on which you made the donation i.e. the date on which you:
  • Made the donation online, electronically or through other means, OR
  • Handed over the cheque / demand draft to No Hungry Child or someone authorized by No Hungry Child for this purpose, OR
  • Dispatched the cheque / demand draft to No Hungry Child by other means.

The written request stating reason for requesting refund must be sent to the address stated below and must contain all the following details pertaining to the donation: Date of donation

• Donation amount
• If donation was made through cheque/draft, please provide Cheque/Draft no.
• If donation was made through credit card, please provide Credit Card no. (last 4 digits only).
• If donation was made online, please provide Donation-ID.

Disclaimer Policy

No Hungry Child shall try to provide only such information on the site which is right to the best of their awareness and belief. However, No Hungry Child does not hold itself responsible for any inexactness of facts or information provided on this site. Any accountabilities arising out of any act or omission by a visitor to this site, by depending on or making use of the information offered on this site, shall be completely to the account of such visitor.

No Hungry Child will go all-out to make sure that tax exemption certificates as well as feedback reports to the donors inside reasonable time limits.

No Hungry Child disclaims any accountability, legal or else, that might arise because of the act, omission or otherwise of any visitor to this site, or caused by the same. Visitors to the site admit that No Hungry Child is only a “facilitator” for making donations, and as such, stands indemnified from any accountability that might arise because of the same.
